What is Kit Digital?
The Digital Kit Programme is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation in Spain, designed to help SMEs and the self-employed to improve and evolve their businesses through digitalisation.
Objective of the Kit Digital Programme
This programme aims to facilitate the digital transformation process of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the self-employed by offering them financial aid. Thanks to this, they can access a variety of technological solutions that will allow them to optimise and modernise their operations.
Who can apply for the Digital Kit.
Companies and Self-Employed with 1 to 49 employees
- Not being considered as a firm in difficulty.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order of the European Commission which has declared an aid unlawful and incompatible with the common market.
- Not incurring in any of the prohibitions foreseen in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Law on Subsidies.
- Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
- Not to exceed the minimum aid ceiling - all subsidies granted by EU states of less than €200,000-.
- Have the Digital Maturity Level assessment according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.
- Be domiciled in Spain for tax purposes.
Bonds from 2.000€ to 12.000€.
- This will depend on the size of the company and the technological solutions they want to implement.
- At Binhex we are a Digital Agent and we are in charge of providing digital solutions to SMEs and self-employed beneficiaries of the voucher, and we will act as intermediaries with the Government.
Company Segments
Depending on the business segment, the maximum amount you can apply for will be:
Segment I
- from 10 to 49 employees → 12,000 €.
Segment II
- from 3 to 9 employees → 6.000 €
Segment III
- 0 to 2 employees and self-employed → 2.000 €.
