Fulfillment Policy

Our company is committed to providing uninterrupted, high-quality access to hosting services on the Binhex Cloud platform. The service is offered as a monthly (or annual, depending on the contract) subscription, and our priority is to ensure service availability at all times. Service Interruptions

In the event of any service interruption that prevents full access to or functionality of the Binhex Cloud platform, we will take all necessary measures to restore service as quickly as possible. Should any interruption exceed 48 hours, clients may request partial compensation or a refund corresponding to the time the service was unavailable due to the interruption.


Each client’s database is replicated in real-time on redundant hosting within the same data center, providing an additional layer of security and service continuity in the event of server failure.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds or cancellations are only available in cases of extended interruptions attributable to our hosting service failures. Refunds will not be processed for voluntary subscription cancellations during periods without significant service interruptions.


To request a refund or discuss possible compensation, clients must contact our support team within 30 days following the interruption.
